When was the last time you paused and checked in with yourself? We often ask others, “How are you?” but how often do we stop and reflect on that question for ourselves?

Life is busy. Responsibilities pile up, work demands attention, and personal challenges often take a back seat. But if we don’t take a moment to assess our wellbeing, we risk running on empty. Take a deep breath and consider these:

Try to answer the questions on a scale from 1-10 (1 being ‘very poorly’, and 10 being ‘excellently’).

[  ] How am I doing mentally?
Is my mind feeling clear and focused, or am I struggling with stress, anxiety, or overwhelm?

[  ] How am I feeling emotionally?
Do I feel balanced and resilient, or am I carrying around unspoken frustrations, sadness, or exhaustion?

[  ] Am I financially stable?
Do I feel in control of my finances, or am I constantly worried about money and bills?

[  ] How is my physical health?
Am I moving enough, eating well, and listening to my body’s needs, or am I running on caffeine and convenience?

[  ] Do I have any legal concerns weighing on me?
Are there unresolved issues, documents I’ve been putting off, or questions I’ve avoided?

[  ] Is my work-life balance healthy?
Am I managing my workload, or does it feel like work has taken over my life?

[  ] How are my relationships?
Am I surrounded by people who uplift and support me, or do I feel disconnected and isolated?

[  ] Am I getting enough rest?
Do I wake up feeling refreshed, or is exhaustion becoming my normal state?

[  ] Do I have healthy coping strategies?
Am I dealing with stress in ways that truly help, or am I just getting through the day?

[  ] Do I know where to turn when I need help?
If life throws me a curveball, do I have a support system or resources to lean on?
